• Assist in day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and coordinating with team partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects, and clients.
• Lead and own the company's business development strategy, evaluating partnerships and industry trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential target markets, customer segments, emerging technologies, competitor activities and industry trends.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer success throughout all development phases.
• Support marketing efforts and stay updated on market dynamics and regulatory changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in operations, sales, or business development within the construction industry is an asset. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
